Question: What are your business hours?
Answer: Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Question: I'm going to be out of town, can I have my paper stopped?
Answer: Yes, just contact the circulation department and request a vacation pack or vacation stop.
A vacation pack allows you to have the back issues saved so you don't miss any news.
A vacation stop will credit the issues you do not recieve and put them back onto your account.
Please contact the circulation department by the times listed below for the day you want to start the vacation pack or vacation stop.
Stop on Monday - Call by 2 p.m. Friday
Stop on Tuesday - Call by 2 p.m. Monday
Stop on Wednesday - Call by 2 p.m. Tuesday
Stop on Thursday - Call by 2 p.m. Wednesday
Stop on Friday - Call by 2 p.m. Thursday
Stop on Saturday - Call by 2 p.m. Thursday
Question: I was missed, what do I do?
Answer: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are missed, please call the circulation department as soon as possible. We will either issue credit for your missed issue or send another copy with your carrier to be delivered with the next available issue delivered.
Question: Can I get The Daily News by mail?
Answer: Yes. Whether you live outside our delivery area or are planning an extended vacation, we will be happy to assist you in setting up mail delivery of The Daily News.
